When we were looking for a remediation company to assist with replacing our HVAC due to mold, we had 3 different companies come over and we could easily tell that ProRestore was the only one of the 3 with true knowledge of dealing with mold.  Their representative took all of our concerns and questions seriously and explained our options clearly.  Fast forward to the day the HVAC replacement was scheduled to be done... The HVAC company failed to show up, but ProRestore still took care of a piece of the work that needed to be done ASAP while we looked for a new HVAC company.
