Their representative took all of our concerns and questions seriously and explained our options clearly. Fast forward to the day the HVAC replacement was scheduled to be done... The HVAC company failed to show up, but ProRestore still took care of a piece of the work that needed to be done ASAP while we looked for a new HVAC company. We continued to be very happy working with them throughout the remainder of the HVAC replacement process.
